Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 276 of the Town Law, a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Macedon, Wayne County, NY, on Monday, July 13, 2009, 7:30 p.m., at the Town Complex, 32 Main Street, Macedon, NY, for the following applications:

SPORTING LICENSE FEE INCREASE
Effective August 17 prices will increase on sporting licenses for the sale of the 2009/10 license period. Lifetime license prices will go up on October 1. Hunters between 65-69 should consider purchasing a lifetime sportsman license if they plan to hunt. Sr. Lifetime is currently $50 for ages 65-69 which includes small/big game, turkey, fishing and a waived application fee for DMPs. After October 1 you will not qualify for Senior Lifetime until 70 years of age and it will cost you $65 which will include small/big game, turkey and fishing with NO WAIVED DMP FEE. Annual licenses for ages 65-69 will be fishing $29, sportsman $47, DMP $10 and turkey $10. If you were considering a lifetime license please call my office with any questions or stop in.
