The Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held April 30, 2015 at the Town Complex, 32 Main Street, in the Village of Macedon and via web at 16246 Citrus Parkway, Clermont, FL 34714 was called to order by Supervisor William H. Hammond at 7:30 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 114 (2015) STATE SNOW & ICE AGREEMENT

RESOLVED the Town Board approves the State Snow & Ice Agreement, Contract No. D009827 season 2016/17 to be extended to June 30, 2016 and authorizes the Supervisor to sign said agreement.

RESOLUTION NO. 115 (2015) REJECT SALT SHED BIDS – SECOR AND NATHANIEL

RESOLVED the Town Board reject General Contractors Secor and Nathaniel Bids and to authorize the Town Clerk to re advertise for Bids based on revised scope.

RESOLUTION NO. 116 (2015) ACCEPT ELECTRICAL BID – O’CONNELL ELECTRIC

RESOLVED the Town Board accept $131,600 for electrical work to be performed at Town of Macedon Highway Department pending Attorney approval.
