The Special Joint Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon and the Village Board of Trustee held February 12, 2014 at the Village Hall, 81 Main Street, in the Village of Macedon and 17021 Upriver Drive, North Fort Meyers, FL. was called to order by Mayor Marie Cramer at 6:36 p.m.

Pledge of Allegiance.

Also Present:

Village Planning Board Member	Linda Braun
Town Clerk	Judy Gravino

Village Trustee David Sliney introduced a resolution to enter Executive Session with the Macedon Town Board, seconded by David Kelly at 6:38 p.m. to discuss agreement and pending litigation. Motion approved by four (4) members.

RESOLUTION NO. 58 (2014) EXECUTIVE SESSION

RESOLVED the Board enter Executive Session at 6:39 p.m. to discuss proposed, pending or current litigation.

MOTION BY HAMMOND, SECONDED BY PAGANO

ROLL CALL VOTE: KENYON AYE, MAUL AYE, MCEWEN AYE, PAGANO AYE,

HAMMOND AYE MOTION CARRIED

Linda Braun and the Town Clerk were excused from the meeting.

Trustee Beverly Bassage entered the meeting at 7:02 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 59 (2014) OPEN SESSION

RESOLVED the Board return to Open Session at 8:07 p.m.

MOTION BY HAMMOND, SECONDED BY PAGANO

ROLL CALL VOTE: KENYON AYE, MAUL AYE, MCEWEN AYE, PAGANO AYE,

HAMMOND AYE MOTION CARRIED

The meeting was adjourned until February 20, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall.
