The Emergency Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held September 20, 2013 at the Town Complex, 32 Main Street, in the Town of Macedon was called to order by Supervisor William H. Hammond at 3:30 p.m.

RESOLUTION 217 (13) VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY INCORPORATED PUBLIC HEARING SET

RESOLVED the Town Board authorizes the Town Clerk to post a legal notice on a public hearing to be held on October 10, 2013 at 7:45 p.m. to hear public opinion on the Volunteer Fire Company to be incorporated for the Macedon Fire Protection District.

MOTION BY PAGANO, SECONDED BY MAUL

ROLL CALL VOTE: KENYON ABSENT, MAUL AYE, MCEWEN AYE,

PAGANO AYE, HAMMOND AYE MOTION CARRIED

MOTION BY MAUL, SECONDED BY MCEWEN THAT THE MEETING BE ADJOURNED AT 3:45 PM.
