A Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held November 10, 2011 at the Town Complex, 32 Main Street in the Village of Macedon, was called to order by Supervisor William Hammond at 7:30 P.M.

It was the consensus of the Town Board to support the request from Ann and David Fladd to become an out of district sewer customer on Village sewer. The Village has been approached for their approval.

Attorney Anthony Villani entered the meeting at 7:35 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 214 (11) APPROVAL OF MINUTES

RESOLVED the Board approves the minutes of October 27, 2011 as submitted.

CORRESPONDENCE – The Supervisor presented the following:

“Fuel For Thought: A Community Conversation” will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2011at the North Street School, 400 W. North St., Geneva beginning at 7 p.m. The meeting will give residents the opportunity to ask industry experts about the future of the natural gas industry in New York State.

RESOLUTION NO. 217 (2011) PHILLIP STEIGER POST #494 AMERICAN LEGION – GAMES OF CHANCE – BELL JAR

RESOLVED the Board approves the Games of Chance License for the Phillip Steiger Post #494 American Legion to conduct Bell Jar for the period of January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012.

Councilman Paul Kenyon – Recreation Director Norb Miller requested permission to establish a Macedon team name. Mr. Miller will submit names to the Board for approval.

The Supervisor will speak to Chief Colella about recent accidents at 31F and W. Walworth Road.

Any internet IT service requests should be scheduled through Paul Kenyon or Bill Hammond.

RESOLUTION NO. 218 (2011) EXECUTIVE SESSION

RESOLVED the Town Board enter Executive Session at 7:59 p.m. to discuss litigation.

Bill number 25257 in the amount of $169.99 for a water cooler was pulled. The item was not budgeted and needed to go through the request for purchase process.
