A Regular Meeting of the Town
Board of the Town of Macedon held February 10, 2011 at the Town Offices, 32
Main Street in the Village of Macedon and 2500 US Highway 27 South, Clermont,
Florida was called to order by Supervisor William Hammond at 7:30 p.m.

Upon Roll Call, the following members of the Board were present:

RESOLVED the Board approves the minutes of February 10, 2011 as presented.
MOTION BY MAUL, SECONDED BY PAGANO

PAGANO AYE, HAMMOND AYE MOTION
CARRIED
RESOLVED the Board authorizes the Town Clerk to advertise for 2 Library Board Members.

PAGANO AYE, HAMMOND AYE MOTION

RESOLVED the Board authorizes the Town Clerk to advertise for Assessing Review Board Member.

RESOLVED the Town Board authorizes the Town Clerk to advertise for mowing bids to include Bullis Park/Route 31 Greenway.

AEY and the Wayneport Road Proposals were pulled from the agenda at the request of the applicants.
Marc Weiner addressed the board on assessment questions. The Board explained the process. Last year a representative from Real Property Tax gave a presentation for Macedon residents. Only two (2) people attended.
