An Emergency Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held August 19, 2010 at the Town Offices, 32 Main Street in the Village of Macedon, was called to order by Supervisor William Hammond at 6:30 P.M.

Upon Roll Call, the following members of the Board were present:

RESOLUTION NO. 187(10) SEWER PUMP UPGRADE BID AUTHORIZATION

RESOLVED the Town of Macedon solicit bids for sewer pump station improvements including the installation of two (2) emergency backup generators. Bids are due back by September 17, 2010 at 10 a.m. Plans & bid documents are available at the Town Clerk’s Office.

MOTION BY HAMMOND, SECONDED BY MCEWEN

KENYON ABSENT, MAUL ABSENT, MCEWEN AYE,

PAGANO AYE, HAMMOND AYE MOTION CARRIED

An update on the Ambulance followed.

MOTION BY PAGANO, SECONDED BY HAMMOND TO ADJOURN THE MEETING AT 6:45 PM.
