A Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held June 7, 2007 at the Town Offices, 32 Main Street in the Village of Macedon, was called to order by Supervisor William Hammond at 7:30 P.M.
Upon Roll Call, the following members of the Board were present:

RESOLVED the Board enters executive session to discuss the medical, financial, credit or employment history of a particular person or corporation, or maters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular person or corporation at 7:38 p.m.
MOTION BY KENYON, SECONDED BY MCEWEN
ROLL CALL VOTE: KENYON AYE, MAUL ABSENT, MCEWEN AYE,
NAWROCKI AYE, HAMMOND AYE MOTION CARRIED
Councilperson David Maul entered the meeting at 7:40 p.m.
RESOLVED the Board return to Open Session at 9:38 p.m.
