Jacques Savoie / 2687 Macedon Center Road / Area Variance Section 135-61-a and 135-61-b-4 / would like to build second garage on property larger than allowed by town code for storage of a motor home
Jacques Savoie was present to address the board stating that he would like to build a second garage in the back of his lot measuring 60'x30'x25' (changed from the application stating 66'x29'x25').  He stated that this would be the same as the house height with an overhead door 12' high and 10' wide.  This garage is to be used for the storage of a motor home, lawn mowers, etc. and not to be used for animals or commercial use.  Jacques stated that he was given some trusses, and if he uses them all, and puts them 16" on center that determines the length of the building.  He continued to state that there would be one overhead door facing west and one passthrough door.  The 15' side and back setbacks should not be an issue.  Jacques does have an existing 1 1/2-car garage.  Diane Savoie, wife, was present to speak in favor, no one was present to speak against this application.
-Planning Board had no comment on this application
-Town Board was against due to concerns with the size would like additional information.
