The Budget Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held October 2, 2014 at the Town Complex, 32 Main Street, in the Village of Macedon was called to order by Supervisor William H. Hammond at 5:00 p.m.

This meeting was called for the purpose of preparing the Preliminary Budget for 2015.

RESOLUTION NO. 252 (2014) REGISTRAR OF VITAL STATISTICS - BOWERS

RESOLVED that the Town Board appoints Karrie Bowers as Town of Macedon Registrar of Vital Records.

RESOLUTION NO. 253 (2014) RECORDS MANAGEMENT ADVISORY BOARD

RESOLVED that the Town Board appoints the following individuals to serve on a Records Advisory Board for the calendar year 2014: Karrie Bowers, William Hammond, Kim Leonard & Sharleen Flick

RESOLVED the Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to sign the contracts for Wayne County Aging & Youth – Recreation Programs
