A Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held November 18, 2010 at the Town Offices, 32 Main Street in the Village of Macedon, was called to order by Supervisor William Hammond at 7:00 P.M.

RESOLVED the Town Board enters Executive Session at 7:04 p.m. to discuss possible litigation.

ROLL CALL VOTE: KENYON AYE, MAUL AYE, MCEWEN AYE,

PAGANO AYE, HAMMOND AYE MOTION CARRIED

RESOLUTION NO. 254 (10) OPEN SESSION

RESOLVED the Town Board returns to Open Session at 9:08 p.m.

MOTION BY PAGANO, SECONDED BY KENYON

ROLL CALL VOTE: KENYON AYE, MAUL AYE, MCEWEN AYE,

PAGANO AYE, HAMMOND AYE MOTION CARRIED
