Emergency Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held January 5, 2008
at the Town Offices, 32 Main Street, in the Village of Macedon, was called to
order by Supervisor William H. Hammond at 8:00 a.m.
Upon
Roll Call, the following members of the Board were present:

RESOLUTION NO. 28 (2008) AMBULANCE – WAYNE COUNTY MEDICAL MUTUAL AID PLAN
RESOLVED
that the Supervisor is authorized to sign the Resolution of Agreement to
Participate in the Wayne County Medical Mutual Aid Plan and be it further
RESOLVED
that the Supervisor is authorized to sign any other mutual aid agreements
deemed necessary for the operation of the Macedon Town
Ambulance.

NAWROCKI ABSENT, HAMMOND AYE MOTION CARRIED
BE IT RESOLVED that the Macedon Town Board appoints
Susan Maier, Paul Maier, Steve Gilson and Ken Hammond as the Board of Directors
for the Macedon Town Ambulance and be it further
RESOLVED that Rick Dodge is appointed as the
representative on behalf of the Town Board.

NAWROCKI ABSENT, HAMMOND AYE MOTION CARRIED
RESOLVED the Town Board authorize the Town Clerk to
advertise to fill the Library Board vacancy.

NAWROCKI ABSENT, HAMMOND AYE MOTION CARRIED
RESOLVED the Town Board approves the Snow & Ice
Control on County Roads Agreement to expire May 30, 2008.
