A Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held November 29, 2007 at the Town Offices, 32 Main Street in the Village of Macedon, was called to order by Supervisor William Hammond at 7:30 P.M.

Upon Roll Call, the following members of the Board were present:

RESOLUTION NO. 295 (07) EXECUTIVE SESSION

RESOLVED the Town Board enter Executive Session to discuss a particular personnel matter at 7:32 p.m.

MOTION BY HAMMOND, SECONDED BY KENYON

ROLL CALL VOTE: KENYON AYE, MAUL AYE, MCEWEN AYE,

NAWROCKI ABSENT, HAMMOND AYE MOTION CARRIED

RESOLUTION NO. 296 (07) OPEN SESSION

RESOLVED the Town Board return to Open Session at 8:20 p.m.

MOTION BY HAMMOND, SECONDED BY KENYON

ROLL CALL VOTE: KENYON AYE, MAUL AYE, MCEWEN AYE,

NAWROCKI ABSENT, HAMMOND AYE MOTION CARRIED

RESOLUTION NO. 297 (07) EMPLOYEE TERMINATION

REGARDING the employee discussed in executive session, it is

RESOLVED that the findings of fact of the hearing officer as to Charge I is rejected, and it is further

RESOLVED that the findings of fact and recommended penalty of the hearing officer as to Charges II and III are accepted and the employee be and the same is hereby terminated this day, November 29, 2007 and the Supervisor is authorized and directed to so notify the employee.

RESOLUTION NO. 298 (07) FINGERLAKES AMBULANCE SERVICE

RESOLVED the Supervisor be authorized to sign contract with Fingerlakes Ambulance Service to provide personnel for the Macedon Town Ambulance.

ROLL CALL VOTE: KENYON AYE, MAUL AYE, MCEWEN AYE,

NAWROCKI ABSENT, HAMMOND AYE MOTION CARRIED
