A Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held August 14, 2007 at the Town Offices, 32 Main Street, in the Village of Macedon, was called to order by Supervisor William Hammond at 5:30 P.M.

Upon Roll Call, the following members of the Board were present:

RESOLUTION NO. 210 (07) SCHOOL CROSSING GUARD

RESOLVED the Town Board accepts the resignation of school crossing guard, Deirdre Gunio effective August 31, 2007. The Board authorizes the Town Clerk to advertise for crossing guard for the Gananda School District, applications to be in by August 22, 2007.

RESOLUTION NO. 211 (07) EXECUTIVE SESSION

RESOLVED THE Board enters Executive Session at 5:45 P.M. to discuss particular personnel

matters.

RESOLUTION NO. 213 (07) DISCIPLINARY CHARGES AGAINST A CIVIL SERVICE

EMPLOYEE

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Supervisor be authorized to sign the disciplinary charges pursuant to the Civil Service Law, Section 75, concerning the employee discussed in the executive session and that, by reason of the inability of other members of the department to serve, that the Supervisor appoint an independent qualified attorney, Randy Ray, as hearing officer for a hearing to be held on August 30, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. at the Town Hall, 32 Main Street, Macedon, New York 14502.
