RESOLUTION NO. 162 (06) ACCEPTANCE OF HIGHWAY DEDICATION
FOR
Application having been made for the laying out of and for the acceptance for dedication of a Town highway(s) in the Town of Macedon, being the streets as shown on maps of Monroe-Wayne Industrial Park, as are located within the boundaries of the Town of Macedon as shown on a map of said Industrial Park dated November 20, 1999 by Craig E. Welch, LS. and set forth on said maps as Macedon Parkway and Wayne Park Road as more particularly described in map attached hereto, and said map having been filed in the office of the Wayne County Clerk on July 27, 2006, map #MO27630 and, pursuant to Town Law '279, said filing without restriction offers said highways in dedication and further, pursuant to Town Law '279, the highways shown on said map having become a part of the official map of the Town of Macedon.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Town of Macedon, New York does hereby determine and ORDER that said highways be accepted for dedication as public highways of the Town of Macedon and said highways are shown on a map of said Industrial Park dated November 20, 1999 by Craig E. Welch, L.S. and set forth on said maps as Macedon Parkway and Wayne Park Road as more particularly described in map attached hereto, and said map having been filed in the office of the Wayne County Clerk on July 27, 2006, map #MO27630.

Friends of the Library reported to Supervisor Hammond that the Air Show that Rochester Areo Modeling Society held gave the library $1,011.75 in donations.
Macedon Police Department received a $60,000 grant for overtime for the Wayne-Net Enforcement Team.
Councilman David Maul entered meeting at 7:55 P.M.

RESOLVED the Town Board enters Executive Session at 7:56 P.M. to discuss personnel.
