The Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held November 27, 2001 at the Macedon Town Hall, 1675 North Wayneport Road, in the Town of Macedon, was called to order by Supervisor William E. Eddy at 7:00 p.m.

Upon Roll Call, the following members of the Board were present:

RESOLVED the reports submitted be approved.

Councilperson Morrison entered the meeting at 7:07 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 346 (01)  BUILDING/ZONING/CEO/ENGINEER ADVERTISEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED the Clerk is authorized to advertise for the position of full time Building/Zoning/CEO/Engineer salary to be negotiable depending on experience up to $50,000.

RESOLUTION NO. 347 (01)  COMMEMORATIVE PLAQUE
RESOLVED the Supervisor is authorized to purchase a commemorative plaque from Custom Trophies not to exceed $100.

Senator Nozzolio and Assemblyman Oaks will hold a meeting at the Town Hall on Saturday at 11:00 a.m.

It was the consensus of the Board that Special Use Permits are only required from the owners of the cell towers and not co-locators.  Due to assessment issues the permit application process should require a list of co-locators.

RESOLUTION NO. 348 (01)  ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING SCHEDULED
RESOLVED the Board schedules an Organizational Meeting on January 3, 2001 at 7:30 p.m.

Donna Komor, Assessor reviewed commercial property sales in the area.

At 7:30 p.m. the Town Board toured the property located at 1136 Route 31.  This is the old Breen’s building owned by Home Properties.  The property is listed for $295,000.

RESOLUTION NO. 349  (01)  ENGINEER REVIEW  - 1136 ROUTE 31
RESOLVED the Supervisor be authorized to request MRB to conduct an engineering review of 1136 Route 31 not to exceed  $1,000.
