CORRESPONDENCE – The Supervisor presented the following:
Letter from William Preston dated August 22, 2001 supporting local police coverage.

Gary Wilson, Gananda School Board Member, stated that the Gananda School Board unanimously supported the bus garage facility to be shared with the Town of Macedon.  However, the Board did not sign the agreement at their meeting on August 22, 2001 due to the first year funding issue.  The Board has scheduled a Special Meeting on September 4, 2001 at 7 a.m.   Mr. Wilson felt they would have this resolved by that date.

Tim Rider requested a waiver from the Macedon Town Code 75-58 which states that any new subdivision must have all water, sewer, road stone, base, binder gutters and erosion control in place prior to building permits being issued.  The road was originally proposed as a private drive on the building permit.  This has been changed to a dedicated highway.  Highway Superintendent Roets was concerned about the road base without prior inspection by his department.  Water would have to be addressed with the WCWSA and the NYSDOH.  Sewer should be addressed with Mike Simons, MRB.  Mr. Ryder asked to be on the next agenda.  The Board was concerned they would be setting a precedence.
