The Emergency Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held May 7, 2001 at 1675 North Wayneport Road, in the Town of Macedon, was called to order by Supervisor William E. Eddy at 8:30 p.m.

The following members of the Board were present:

The Macedon Town Board met at 1675 North Wayneport Road to tour a building owned by Turk Hill Park, LLC.  The building consists of approximately 4968 square feet of office space and 1500 square feet of warehouse space available to the Town.  The proposed lease would commence May 14, 2001 for six (6) months with three (3) successive two (2) month options.  The rent for the office space is $5,800 and $870 for the library for a total $6670 per month.

RESOLUTION NO. 147 (01)   TURK HILL PARK LEASE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS the Town of Macedon is currently operating under an emergency situation due to the fire loss of April 29, 2001 be it therefore

RESOLVED that the Town Board enter into a lease agreement with Turk Hill Park, LLC contingent upon the Town Attorney’s approval.

RESOLUTION NO. 148 (01)  TEMPORARY OFFICE SPACE
RESOLVED the Town Board authorize the expenditure of $320/month for temporary office space for the Town Clerk and Assessor for grievance for a period not to exceed one (1) month payable to Rylbrook Inc. at 19 West Main Street.
