TOWN OF MACEDON

PLANNING BOARD

December 10, 2012

PRESENT: Members Suzanne Airy, Mert Bartels, Mark McEwen, Kevin Rooney and Greg Whitney. Also present were Town Councilman David McEwen, Town Engineer Scott Allen and Board Clerk Susan Bush. Absent were Chairman Doug Allen and Board member Tom Morrison.

Vice Chairman Bartels called the meeting to order at 7:31 p.m.

ZBA REFERRAL:

Z-13-12 – Pergolizzi – 1747 Walworth Road – Area Variance – Section 135-61-B-5 – Accessory structure in front yard – Board members gave a negative referral. They felt there was adequate room for the shed to be placed in the side or rear yard.

MINUTES:

The 08-27-12 and 11-12-12 minutes could not be approved due to lack of proper quorum.

ADJOURNMENT:

A motion to adjourn was made by Kevin Rooney, seconded by Suzanne Airy. All in favor; meeting adjourned at 7:37 p.m.
