TOWN OF MACEDON

PLANNING BOARD

November 14, 2011

PRESENT: Chairman Doug Allen, members Suzanne Airy, Mert Bartels, Mark McEwen, Tom Morrison, Kevin Rooney and Greg Whitney. Also present were Town Councilman David McEwen, Town Engineer Scott Allen and Board Clerk Susan Bush.

Chairman Allen called the meeting to order at 7:25 p.m.

ZBA REFERRAL:

Z-08-11 – Croce – 1186 Wilson Road – Area Variance – Section 135-61-B-1 – Third accessory structure & Section 135-61-B-3 – Accessory structure larger (square footage) than residence – Board gave a positive referral.

LOG IN:

PB-10-11 – Sykes (Smith) – 1460 Wilson Road – One-lot realty subdivision

MINUTES:

A motion to approve the 08-08-11 minutes was made by Mert Bartels, seconded by Suzanne Airy. All in favor; minutes approved.

ADJOURNMENT:
