TOWN OF MACEDON

PLANNING BOARD

March 23, 2009

PRESENT: Chairman Doug Allen, members Suzanne Airy, Tom Morrison and Kevin Rooney. Also present were Town Councilwoman Sandy Pagano and Board Clerk Susan Bush. Absent were Mert Bartels, Brian Gagne, Mark McEwen and Town Engineer Scott Allen.

Chairman Allen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

ZBA REFERRAL:

Z-03-09 – ABVI/Goodwill – 1635 North Wilson Road – Area Variance – Section 135-190-A – Number of signs – Board gave a positive referral.

LOG-INS:

PB-03-09 – Sapp – 2891 Route 350 – Residential site plan

PB-05-09 – Crane – Alderman Road – One-lot realty subdivision & residential site plan

OLD BUSINESS:

Prime Development – 1241 Route 31 – Signs – A motion to approve the sign package as approved by the Zoning Board of Appeals was made by Kevin Rooney, seconded by Tom Morrison. All in favor; motion carried.

MINUTES:

Approval of the 02-09-09 and 03-09-09 minutes was deferred until the next meeting due to lack of correct quorum.

ADJOURNMENT:

A motion to adjourn was made by Kevin Rooney, seconded by Suzanne Airy. All in favor; meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
