PLANNING BOARD

December 8, 2008

PRESENT: Members Suzanne Airy, Brian Gagne, Mark McEwen and Tom Morrison. Also present were Councilwoman Sandy Pagano, Town Engineer Scott Allen and Board Clerk Susan Bush. Absent were Doug Allen, Mert Bartels and Kevin Rooney.

Acting as Chairman, Brian Gagne called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m.

ZBA REFERRALS:

Z-09-08 – VanEtten – 2157 Barnes Road – Area Variance – Section 135-162-B – Small business on less than required acreage – Applicant wishes to sell coal and coal stoves at his residence. Board members gave this a positive referral.

Z-10-08 – Cafalone – 1214 Victor Road – Area Variance – Section 135-162-B – Small business on less than required acreage – Applicant would like to house his small landscaping business at his residence. Board members gave this a positive referral.

MINUTES:

Approval of the 11-10-08 and 11-24-08 minutes was deferred until the next meeting.

ADOURNMENT:

A motion to adjourn was made by Brian Gagne, seconded by Tom Morrison. All in favor; motion carried.
