PLANNING BOARD
September 22, 2008
PRESENT: Chairman Doug Allen, members Suzanne Airy, Mert Bartels, Brian Gagne, Mark McEwen, Tom Morrison and Kevin Rooney. Also present were Town Councilwoman Sandy Pagano, Town Engineer Scott Allen and Board Clerk Susan Bush.
Chairman Allen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. New liaison Sandy Pagano was introduced to the Board members.

PB-16-08 – Sapp – Route 350 – Residential site plan
PB-17-08 – Maimone – Route 31F/Frey Road – Commercial site plan
ZBA REFERRAL:
Z-07-08 – Maimone – Route 31F/Frey Road – Area Variance – Sections 135 Sched. I, 135-183-A-10 – Front setbacks, parking requirements, parking setbacks, driveway setback – Board members felt this was an unusual piece of property with limited uses and gave a positive referral.
MINUTES:
A motion to approve the 09-08-08 minutes was made by Brian Gagne, seconded by Mert Bartels. All in favor; minutes approved.
ADJOURNMENT:
A motion to adjourn was made by Suzanne Airy, seconded by Mert Bartels. All in favor; meeting adjourned at 7:46 p.m.
