TOWN OF MACEDON

PLANNING BOARD

January 28, 2008

PRESENT: Chairman Doug Allen, members Suzanne Airy, Mert Bartels, Mark McEwen, Tom Morrison and Kevin Rooney. Also present were Councilman Ken Nawrocki and Town Engineer Scott Allen. Absent were Brian Gagne & Board Clerk Susan Bush.

Chairman Allen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

OLD BUSINESS:

PB-14-07 – Spectra Group – Route 31/North Wilson Road – Realty subdivision & commercial site plan – Brad Hill, Spectra Group, and Joe Estevan, Bergmann Associates, were present to review the plans. Applicant is awaiting DOT comments. Drainage analysis SWPPP has been submitted to DEC. Board reviewed elevations for the strip plaza and ABVI. Pylon sign was also discussed.

LOG-INS:

PB-01-08 – Nodecker – Haak Road – One-lot realty subdivision

PB-02-08 – Lawrence – Eddy Road – One-lot realty subdivision

MINUTES:

A motion to approve the 01-14-08 minutes was made by Mert Bartels, seconded by Suzanne Airy. All in favor; minutes approved.
