PRESENT: Chairman Doug Allen, members Suzanne Airy,
Brian Gagne, Mark McEwen, Tom Morrison and Kevin Rooney. Also present were Town Engineer Scott Allen
and Board Clerk Susan Bush. Absent were Mert Bartels and Councilman Ken Nawrocki.

Variance – Sections 135 Attachment 1 & 135-172-K – Setbacks – Board gave a
positive referral. Sections 135-190-A
& E – Number & size of signs – Board agreed with the number & size
of signs; however, they will review sign makeup and aesthetics with the
applicant at a later date.
