PLANNING BOARD
September 25, 2006
PRESENT: Chairman Doug Allen, members Suzanne Airy, Mark McEwen, Tom Morrison and Kevin Rooney. Also present were Councilman Ken Nawrocki, Town Engineer Scott Allen and Board Clerk Susan Bush. Absent were Mert Bartels and Brian Gagne.
Chairman Allen called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m.
NEW BUSINESS:
PB-12-06 Newcomb Oil Co. 1116 Route 31 Fill Rick Brown of Newcomb Oil explained his companys application for a fill permit. Previous fill has been completed, and permit closed. Drain tile has been installed. New fill area (.9 acres) to be mulched with straw prior to winter weather. Permit will be valid for one year from date of issue. Escrow funds from previous permit to be rolled over to new permit. A motion was made by Kevin Rooney, seconded by Mark McEwen, to grant a fill permit for 0.9 acres to be valid for one year from date of issue. All in favor; motion carried.

A motion was made by Kevin Rooney, seconded by Mark McEwen, to approve the minutes of 09-11-06. All in favor; minutes approved.
