PLANNING BOARD

August 28, 2006

PRESENT: Vice Chairman Mert Bartels, members Suzanne Airy, Mark McEwen and Tom Morrison. Also present were Town Engineer Scott Allen and Board Clerk Susan Bush. Absent were Doug Allen, Brian Gagne, Kevin Rooney and Town Councilman Ken Nawrocki.

Vice Chairman Bartels called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m.

LOG IN:

PB-11-06 – Bowe Farms, Inc. – 704 Hook Road – One-lot realty subdivision

ZBA REFERRAL:

Z-07-06 – Rugaber – 1490 Willowdale Drive – Area Variance – Section 135 Schedule I (Attachment 1) – Side setback – Board gave a positive referral.

MINUTES:

The 08-14-06 minutes could not be approved due to lack of proper quorum.

ADJOURNMENT:

Motion to adjourn made by Tom Morrison, seconded by Suzanne Airy. All in favor; meeting adjourned at 7:42 p.m.
