PLANNING BOARD

July 24, 2006

PRESENT: Chairman Douglas Allen, members Suzanne Airy, Mert Bartels, Mark McEwen and Tom Morrison. Also present were Councilman Ken Nawrocki, Town Engineer Scott Allen and Board Clerk Susan Bush. Absent were Brian Gagne and Kevin Rooney.

Chairman Allen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

LOG-IN:

PB-10-06 – Halsey/Pulcini – 1673 Walworth Road – Realty subdivision

ZBA REFERRAL:

Z-06-06 – Brogan/Feor Construction – 3031 Kittering Road – Area Variance – Section 135 Schedule I – Side setback for residential addition – Board gave a positive referral.

MINUTES:

Motion made by Mark McEwen, seconded by Mert Bartels, to approve the 07-10-06 minutes. All in favor; motion carried.
