PLANNING BOARD

January 24, 2006

PRESENT: Chairman Doug Allen, members Mert Bartels, Brian Gagne, Mark McEwen, Tom Morrison and Kevin Rooney. Also present were Town Councilman Ken Nawrocki and Town Engineer Scott Allen.

Chairman Allen called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m.

LOG-IN:

PB-01-06 – Ninnasopha – West Walworth Road (Forsay Lot #1 west side) – Single-family residential site plan – Drainage ditch & easement need to be shown; signature lines need to be added.

OTHER BUSINESS:

RZ-01-06 – Murphy – Route 31 – Rezoning ORM to GC – Will be presented to Town Board on 1-26-06.

RZ-02-06 – Park Woods, LLC – Canandaigua Road – Rezoning R-30 to TPD – Will be presented to Town Board on 1-26-06.

Board Vacancy – Three candidates were interviewed; liaison will forward the Board’s recommendation to the Town Board.

MINUTES:

Motion made by Mert Bartels, seconded by Mark McEwen, to approve the 12-12-05 minutes. All in favor; minutes approved.

Motion made by Mert Bartels, seconded by Mark McEwen, to approve the 01-09-06 minutes. All in favor; minutes approved.
