PLANNING BOARD MINUTES

January 27, 2003

MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Doug Allen, Members Mert Bartels, Tom Ferreri, Brian Gagne, Mark McEwen, Tom Morrison and Kevin Rooney. Also present were Town Engineer Scott Allen and Councilman Ken Nawrocki.

Meeting was called to order by Chairman Allen at 7:30 p.m.

OLD BUSINESS:

PB-12-02 - Dimino - Route 31 (Henning) - Site plan - Access road - Amy Haacker, Costich Engineering, was present to answer any questions. Areas reviewed were DEC/wetlands, traffic/DOT, installation of water/sewer lines, landscaping/trees and possible letter of credit.

LOG INS:

PB-01-03 -Padgham - Wayneport Road (Padgham Hills/Lot 5) - One lot subdivision & site plan - Need SEQR

PB-02-03 - Cavuoto - Daansen Road - One lot subdivision & site plan

PB-03-03 - Wayneport Centre II - 1675 Wayneport Road - Site plan - Possible lot coverage issue - Need SEQR

PB-04-03 - Laker Development/CVS - Cor. Route 31 & Canandaigua Rd. - Site plan Rezoning from R-30 to GC has been approved by Town Board.

ZBA REFERRAL:

Z-01-03 - Laker Development/CVS - Cor. Route 31 & Canandaigua Rd. - Area Variance - Section 135-85 Schedule I - Route 31 setback. Positive referral made for setback of 108 ft. vs. required 250 ft.

MINUTES:

Motion made by Mert Bartels, seconded by Tom Ferreri, to approve the 1-13-03 meeting minutes. All in favor; motion carried.
