PLANNING BOARD MINUTES October 28, 2002

MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Doug Allen, Mert Bartels, Tom Ferreri, Mark McEwen, Tom Morrison, Kevin Rooney. Also present: Scott Allen, Town Engineer, and Ken Nawrocki, Town Councilman. Absent: Brian Gagne

Chairman Doug Allen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

LOG-IN: PB-32-02 - Dentico/Richter - 2930 West Walworth Road (Forsay -Lot #2) - Site plan - single family residence

ZBA REFERRAL: Z-24-02 - Haney - 722 South Wayneport Rd. - Area Variance - Section 135-61-A - Request to expand garage beyond size allowed by code - Board consensus - no concerns.

MINUTES: Motion made by Mert Bartels, seconded by Mark McEwen, to approve the October 14, 2002 minutes. All in favor; motion carried.

DISCUSSION: Gananda Partnership - Carl Eligh of Hance Road addressed the

Board with concerns over the pavement widths for streets &

entrances at Evergreen Hills and play areas required by code.

General discussion followed regarding these points. It was noted

that the Pheasant Run subdivision will be on the November 11^th

Planning Board agenda.

Motion made by Mert Bartels, seconded by Tom Morrison, to adjourn the meeting. Meeting adjourned at 8:29 p.m.
